


a semla is a nice tradition ;)


my mum picked these mushrooms last year and dried them. I have a small jar of tiny, grey pieces which magically become mushrooms again when I throw them in boiling water with almost finished rice. (Please note that I am talking about real food mushrooms here and nothing dangerous..!) Turned out magically delicious along with the rice, some sprouts I've grown and a salad.
min mamma plockade svampen i höstas och gav mig en liten burk med torkade små grå svampbitar som magiskt blir svampar igen när jag slänger ned dem i kokande vatten med nästan färdigkokt ris. (OBS att jag pratar om vanliga matsvampar här och inget farligt..!) Magiskt gott blev det i alla fall tillsammans med ris, groddar som jag groddat själv och sallad.
