Semla, bouquet, mushrooms and html / Semla, ranunklar, svampar, html

a semla is a nice tradition ;)

my mum picked these mushrooms last year and dried them. I have a small jar of tiny, grey pieces which magically become mushrooms again when I throw them in boiling water with almost finished rice. (Please note that I am talking about real food mushrooms here and nothing dangerous..!) Turned out magically delicious along with the rice, some sprouts I've grown and a salad.

Very nice! And thank you for the link back to Wikipedia so that we could learn about the traditions of semla in Sweden and other countries too!

Hope you are having a bright and productive day!

Hugs,

Betty
