Shopping, doll dress, bird crash / Shopping, dockklänning, fågelkrasch

Today I ran some errands in a neighbouring town, Sundsvall, and also accidentally walked into le grand shopping centre and bought a dress at half half off. Makes me think of doll dresses, ragdolls, strawberry lemonade and cookies.

I had a chocolate muffin and a cappuccino at a café with large windows and the door open. Tiny bird flew into the café, panicked, hit the windows over and over again. I wished my sister would have been there; she knows how to deal with these things. I pulled my shirt over my hands and tried to catch the bird but tall young man grabbed his cap and caught it, a little bit too hard I think but he wanted to help. We observed little shaking bird looking all crooked. Man thought it would be okay. He sat down to eat. I thought, wonder if he's eating chicken salad.

that dress is super adorable!

poor little little bird. i've had to deal with birds in my chimney a few times and i always feel so helpless. i wish they understood that i was trying to help them, i can only imagine how scared they are in there (i've managed every time to get them out safe & sound though).

Very cute dress!
I hope that little bird was OK after it's ordeal. I have had my visiting little 'Butcher Birds' fly into the kitchen, then confuse themsevles, and fly about the lounge room and dining room looking for the way out. I usually end up just opening the front door for them to be attracted to the bright light of outside...it has worked so far.
By the way, I love your new? blog banner.

I LOVE that dress! I love Scandinavian style in general, and whenever we travel to Denmark I always make sure to have plenty of spending money. :-)

Poor little bird...I hope he is okay. I hate to see animals and wildlife hurting.
