I'm very happy and honored to be creating the next poster for very well-known professional dance company NorrDans! They tour Sweden and the dancers are selected from several different countries. The poster is going to be a) HUGE and b) everywhere! Eeek! These are a couple of the photos I've taken - they look nothing like the poster will though because that has to be a secret for a while. On Saturday I'm going to their performance of Swan Lake. The poster I'm making is for something (even) darker though...
Jag är väldigt glad och stolt över att göra NorrDans nästa affisch! Ni känner nog redan till Norrdans - de turnerar i hela Sverige och dansarna är utvalda från flera olika länder. Affischen kommer att vara jättestor och finnas ungefär överallt! Iiiiii! Här är ett par av bilderna jag tagit. Affischen kommer dock att se helt annorlunda ut, men hur den blir måste vara hemligt ett tag. På lördag ska jag se deras uppsättning av Svansjön! Den affisch som jag jobbar med är dock till något (ännu) mörkare...

I wonder, how did you make these photographs - you didn't have much lite, so I wonder how you were able to make these pictures...
I took the photographs on the big stage of the Härnösand theatre; black floor and a huge black backdrop, but I had stage lights to work with so there were two relatively strong lights. I was slightly worried because the dancers would move the entire time, but I just focused on their skin or eyes and used 1/80 shutter speed at F4-5.6. It was alright :)
Thanks for your explanation. It doesn't really show on the photos that the lights were 'strong'... well, but I'm not an expert in photography... ;)
