A cool summer tip / Ett coolt sommartips

What do you do when it's 83F in the shade? 1) You are surprised and happy since you live in Sweden. 2) You realise that you do not own an ice cube tray. Oh no! What do you do? The answer: Find a lemon or some other fruit. Cut it in small pieces and freeze them! It's quick, good, decorative and good for you! Then sit on your recently prettified balcony and enjoy it all.
Vad gör man då?

Tomorrow I'm going on a short trip and I plan to put these ice fruits in a bottle of water and bring it. The above drink is Schweppes lemon soda.

It is 95 F and that puts the heat index (feels like) over 100. I love Schweppes! Going to freeze some limes!!!!!

By the way, I've added another post after the one you commented on (Re:Kookaburras) This will let you hear how they 'sing':

Good Morning!
This looks very cool and refreshing! What a great idea! And it doesn't dilute your drink, just makes it taste better!

Wishing you a happy trip today,

Betty

The weather here in Los Angeles has been on the cool side, but starting today, we're going into Heat Wave! Thanks so much for your suggestion! Healthy, lo-cal, and yet sounds wonderful! Will try it soon.
