Did you know it never gets dark at night during the summers in the north of Sweden?
Still just spring - but look at the light.
Fortfarande bara vår, redan så här ljust. Och information om midnattssol.

P.S. In winter it's the opposite. Just a few hours' worth of daylight per day, around five where I live. Then all the light comes back in summer and there's just a bit of twilight between midnight and 1 a.m. Further north you actually see the sun all night: midnight sun.

wow! And is it the same during winter? I mean do you get days when the sun doesn't come out?
I edited the post to reply :)
I want to live there in the summer!!!
I've heard that it's an adjustment to move into that type of light/dark schedule. It might be fun to try though :)
I did not know that. Is there much problem with seasonal affect disorder there?
The midnight sun is very special! I remember sitting up and reading my book at 3 am because it was so light!
That's amazing.
Oh Sweden! Oh summers in Sweden! My heart warms at the beautiful memories I have... I must go back sometime :)
You have a lovely blog, I will return very often to enjoy it!
Greetings and sunshine from Mexico,
